Former Hamilton Operators Face Personal Injury Suit HAMILTON, Ohio, May 9.— The Ohio Sports Enterprises, Inc., which operated running race meetings at the Butler County Fair Grounds herefrom 1940 through 1954, today faced a 0,000 personal injury suit in Common Pleas Court. The suit was filed by attorneys for Arnold G. Meyer, Hamilton, Ohio, who charged that due to negligence on the part of the Ohio Sports Enterprises management he was knocked unconscious by a falling board at the track September 6, 1954. Meyer said he was attending- the races as a paid spectator. He claims he suffered permanent injuries and missed 87 days of work. Further, he claims the mishap also created medical bills for him. The Ohio Sports Enterprises, Inc., was dissolved early in 1955 following the sale of the Fair Grounds lease to Hamilton Raceway, which is conducting the current meeting here. Named as officers of the Ohio Sports Enterprises by Meyer are Dan E. Cronin, Cincinnati, president, and Frank Moore, Coral Gables, Fla., secretary.
