Commission Rulings Reported to Daily Racing Form LINCOLN DOWNS, Lincoln, R. I., May 9. — The Rhode Island Racing: and Athletics Commission today issued the following ruling:: "The ruling: of the stewards at Lincoln Downs, issued on May 7, 1956, suspending: apprentice George Gibb for impeding: King: For All during: the stretch run of the second race May *5, 1956, for the remainder of the meeting:, is hereby approved. It is further ordered that said suspension is extended through Friday, May 18, 195G."
