JOCKEY HIGHTSHOE SUSPENDED HOT SPRINGS, Ark., April 3. Jockey Raymond Hightshoe was suspended for a period of thirty days for the employment of rough tactics while astride Eastport, winner of the Arkansas Derby, according to the announcement made by the Oaklawn Jockey Club stewards following the running of the race. Hightshoe wad guilty of impeding Mary Vito at the half-mile post, and bumped I Sir Midas during the stretch racing.
