Click; bred by Messrs. J. McKeon and C. E. Cooper. WENT TO POST 3:01. AT POST 6 minutes. Start cood and slow. Won ridden out; second and third driving. LADY FLORISE, closest to CAMPILLO in the early running, caught the latter entering the stretch to open up a short lead and, going well at the finish, had enough left to hold SAN LUIS REY. The latter, never far away, moved up strongly after entering the stretch and, dropping down on the inside of the winner near the end, was gaining. HOME LOAN acted badly at the post and started from outside of the stall gate, was forced to race wide, but finished fast. CAMPILLO had no excuses and tired after setting the pace, although saving ground in the stretch. SEA CLIFF was forced to take up when in dose quarters soon after the start and lost all chance. LLOYD PAN hung after making a brief move on the outside in the stretch. The others were outpaced. Scratched 39707ISpecd Home, 105. Overweight Voltdair, 4 pounds; Lady Bewithus, 1.
