EMVEE broke slowly and was outrun in the early stages, worked his way up on the outside, disposed of the leaders and drew away, winning with speed in reserve. ITSIE BITSIE, close up from the start, saved Eround entering the stretch and finished well. PAGEANTRY was kept fonvardly from the start and, on the outside of the leaders, faltered in the stretch run. TULEYRIES STAR closed ground "steadily through the stretch. SUNDROPS ran jn spots and could not menace the leaders. GENTLEMAN made up some ground under urging. MAZYNIATA showed early speed, but quit badly after racing a half mile. ZEBULO moved up with determination nearing the stretch turn, but could not overhaul the winner at the end. SCATTER BRAIN was outrun to the far turn, improved Kis position and finished well. GOOD FLAVOR, close up in the early running but on the inside, quit in the stretch. PHILIPPI BOY raced wide rounding the turn into the stretch to lose much ground. HEARTEASE outran her field from the start, was rated along steadily under steady restraint, shook off determined opposition from WISE BUN and proved best in the final drive. The latter was under restraint in the early stages, made a determined bid when called upon, but could not overhaul the winner. SUN ABBOT was slow to begin, moved up with a rush on the outside rounding the far turn and closed gamely. EPITAPH raced fonvardly from the start and had no mishaps in the running. KINDRED SPIRIT saved ground while being rated in front, responded in the stretch when called upon, but could not stand off the winner. IRISH VOTE was outrun early, worked Iiis way up on the outside, lost ground entering the stretch and then closed fast. JUSTA FLIGHT was eased back going to the first turn, was under restraint until the stretch and then closed some ground. TEDSIM had no mishaps in the running. DEDICATION was bottled up in close quarters trying to go through on the inside at the far turn, EUDES quit badly and was not persevered with. Scratched 39757Continuity, 102.
