Jockeys Guild Benefits HAMILTON, Ohio, Aug. 20. The Jockeys Guild indirectly benefits from the increased play here, as the riders of the Guild donated their fees for the day to the Guild Welfare Fund. When the management here recently upped the purse minimum to 00, it automatically raised the riding fees for each race to a minimum of 5 per mount. The Guild will benefit on this one Guild Day, but the riders will have the benefit for the remainder of the meeting.
