Coach Gene Ronzani of the Green Bay Packers announced today that he has traded promising rookie quarterback Dick Flowers to the Baltimore Colts. Ronzani said he was reluctant to let Flowers go, but said that since the Packers have two star quarterbacks in Babe Par-illi and Tobin, Rote and Flowers would have a good chance of landing a starting role with the Colts, he made the trade.
