Hugh Howard Dies at Track ATLANTIC CITY, Mays Landing N. J., Aug. 27. A patron identified as Hugh G. Howard, of 713 Cherokee Street, Bethlehem, Pa., died in the mens room after the first race this afternoon of a heart attack.- He was pronounced dead by Dr. E. L. Hess, the track physician, who made the identification through the presence of calling cards in the deceaseds pockets.
