Advance Hamilton Post Time HAMILTON, Ohio, Aug. 27. Commencing with the Monday program at Hamilton, post time will be advanced one hour to 3:00 p. m. to insure ample daylight for the regular eight-race programs. Post time for Saturday racing and the Labor Day holiday will stay at 2:30, with nine races scheduled for those days.
