Rosso. 1 1 Suspension Upheld EXHIBITION PARK, Vancouver, B. C, Aug. 27. After a complete hearing into the life suspension of jockey Richard Rossall which was attended by stewards of the Ascot Jockey Club, riders, patrol judges, representatives of the Ascot Jockey Club, representatives of the B. C. Turf and Country Club, representatives of HBPA and Bert Thompson representing the Jockeys Guild, "After reviewing all the evidence on hand, I must concur with the. stewards on their decision. "However i would like to point out that only one boy was involved in this unfortunate case. I have investigated every angle thoroughly and I am satisfied that the riders here are paying strict attention to their business and guarding their future in 1 the racing game."
