WATCH HERO saved ground to no avail. HYDROTOR could not keep pace. TERRY B. caught tired horses. CHAOTIC was in front along the backstretch and gave way. ANDY JOHNSON was through early. The latter was unhurried early, raced extremely wide while moving to the leaders and, wresting command, then was not good enough in the final drive. SOUTHERN CROSS was with the pace until late stretch and weakened. TRENTON SAND faltered in the drive. SIZZLE THRU showed nothing. TUMBRIL was hard pressed for the lead and quit. LOUREE, after being slow to respond, closed well to wear down the tiring FIRE FIRE FIRE. The latter enjoyed a commanding lead until the last sixteenth and gave way. FOREST GAL was sluggish early and closed with belated speed. FANCY-DEB raced within striking distance, but lacked a response. NATCHEZ BLUES failed to attain prominence. GALVANIZE could not keep pace. QUARTER WAVE unseated her rider at the starting point and ran off for about three-sixteenths of a mile, then lacked speed in the running. LOVELY MOON guit. EVENING SONG, hard held while holding a narrow advantage through the opening half mile, drew clear rapidly when straightened into the stretch and won easily CHOWGARH raced with the leader for a half mile and was no match thereafter. SAY lacked a rally after being within striking distance early. GAILSIG could not keep pace, nor could ZEEP. SUN BRANDY was eased when outdistanced. The latter moved with the winner, but appeared -to be trying to lug in when urged. BUBOLA MOWLEE was shuffled back soon after the start and made up ground. LAUREL SPRINGS disposed of NICK JIMMIE on the turn, held a clear lead after a swift five furlongs and quit. CHAPPYS PASS gave way badly after displaying speed. NIMBLE LADY was outrun.
