Neloy Resigns Maine Chance Post to Train Saxon String BELMONT PARK, Elmont, L. I., N. Y., May 24. — Reversing a switch that took place last year, trainer Eddie Neloy today resigned as trainer of Mrs. Elizabeth N. Grahams Maine Chance Farm stable and will take over the Saxon Stable horses, headed by Marcador and Invigorator Tuesday. Last year, Norman MacLeod, resigned as Saxon Stable trainer to take over the Maine Chance horses. Neloys immediate predecessor with the Saxon stable, which is the nom de course of the southwestern-ers, Allison and Prestridge, was MacKenzie Miller. Neloy, who took over the Maine Chance horses during the Jamaica meeting, succeeding Tom Smith who was serving his third term, enjoyed considerable success with the powerful stable, winning the Kentucky Oaks with Fascinator and Withers with Jet Action, who finished unplaced in Saturdays Preakness. Last winter, Neloy cut a wide .swathe at Santa Anita with the Dor-Mar Stable horses.
