Inviting Cooperation of Readers During 1953, 30,069 races were run on the North American continent. Approximately 31,000 races will be run this year. In addition to compiling and printing 1 charts of every one of these races, DAILY RACING FORM publishes past performances and a tremendous volume of other statistics in its newspapers throughout the country, the Monthly Chart Book and The American Racing Manual. Although every precaution is taken to prevent errors, the extraordinary amount of work involved and the human clement factor make perfection impossible. The publishers of DAILY RACING FORM therefore welcome and appreciate the cooperation of readers in correcting errors when they are noted. A letter to the editor, care of any DAILY RACING FORM office in the United States and Canada, calling attention to mistakes will make for greater accuracy and better service.
