Charles E. Brining Suffers Fatal Heart Attack at Waterford WATERFORD PARK, Chester, W. Va., May 26.-Trainer Charles E. Brining, who arrived here yesterday from Pimlico with a large public stable, suffered a heart attack late in the afternoon and died in the East Liverpool General Hospital. Brining, a trainer for more than 30 years, was about 60 years of age and made his home in Hagerstown, Maryland where his remains will be Shipped for burial. The horses entered by Brining for the opening-day program this afternoon were j withdrawn from the card and included in 1 the group were Ralph N. Boerners Dover Coast/probable favorite in the featured Waterford Park Inaugural Purse.
