Burton Due at ThistleDown CLEVELAND, Ohio, May 26.— Fred Burton, veteran racing official and racing secretary at ThistleDown as well as at Keeneland, is due to arrive here from PJm-lico within the next day or two; Several members of Burtons ThistleDown staff are already on hand, and offices will be opened for registration no later than Friday, May 28.
