Arthur Hunt, assistant racing secretary and paddock judge, has taken over for Morrow. Charlie Smith is filling in for Hunt as assistant racing secretary. Jack Dwyer is subbing as patrol judge and Dave Harrison is taking over for Dwyer as the horse identifier.
