Helioscope Definite Starter For Massachusetts Handicap SUFFOLK DOWNS, East Boston, Mass.. May 11. — William Helis, Jr.s Helioscope became a definite starter in the Massachusetts Handicap on May 19, it was announced by Maurice Barshack, manager of the Helis racing interests. The decision was made by owner Helis at his New Orleans home. The 0,000 mile and a quarter traditional New England fixture is thus assured one of the nations top handicap performers. Helioscope was assigned 126 pounds for the Massachusetts. At almost the same time as Helioscopes plans were made known, it was learned that Paul Andolinos Boston Doge was on his way to the East Boston track. W. A.
