OMAHA RENO JOHN — Has raced very well against ,500 company in his last two starts and -should be ready to gain his brackets over a distance of ground. Y BOND— This J. K. Houssels filly has beaten the best sophomores on the grounds, winning her only two starts at Ak-Sar-Ben in ah easy fashion. Appears to have everything her own way in her division. GRAND PROSPECT— Was beaten narrowly in both of his outings at this track. He now has reached the peak of his form and is ready to handle a band of ,250 platers. _ v KOKOMO JOE — A homebred son of Kings Pawn, who closed resolutely against Nebraska-bred company to be beaten a nose by Peanut Bar in his last out. PUSHMYTOW— Finished strongly in his first out of the 1955 season going, six furlongs. Will be much more impressive when trainer Ora Wright finds him fit enough to send over a distance. BLUE POST— Drifted out badly through the stretch while tiring in his only effort here, but was able to hold on and finish second to Vain Roy. ALI O-K — Won his first start very easily and turned the four and one-half furlongs in 53 seconds, just one-fifth off the track record. This Irish-bred may be the best two-year-old on the grounds. CHEVAL— The son of With Regards tired after racing with Star Model in the stretch and was beaten a neck. This good effort should ready him for a top effort. BAR CHIP— Was overmatched in his last out and was only beaten two lengths by Peppern Salt and Sharp Share. A slight drop in classification would make him difficult to beat. LITTLE YOUNT— Encountered a great deal of misfortune in his last outing and was still able to get up to finish second to Broad Moat. A change of racing luck would lead him to the winners circle.
