Commission Rulings Reported to Daily Racing Form JDETROIT RACE COURSE, Livonia, * Mich., June 11. — Mich i g a n State Racing Commissioner James H. Inglis approved the following ruling: of the Michigan Racing: Commission board of stewards here today: "It is recommended that .jockey Robert L. Baird be suspended ten days Tuesday, June 14 through Thursday, June 23 inclusive for rough and careless riding in the first race of Friday, June 10." MONMOUTH PARK, Oceanport, N. J., June 11. — An official ruling was issued here this morning, reading as follows: "The New Jersey State Racing Commission at its meeting on Friday, June 10, 1955, suspended trainer Walter D. Carroll for a period of sixty days and fined him 00. "Jockey Henry Ramistella was suspended for" a period of 45 days, from . May 20, 1955. "The license of groom Cotton John- son was revoked.
