Stewards Rulings THISTLEDOWN, North Randall, Ohio, June 11. — The ThistleDown stewards issued the following ruling here today: "Groom Cary C. Walkers license is hereby revoked for continually being in the stable area when denied the privilege by the track police because of previous troubles." RIVER DOWNS, Cincinnati. Ohio, June 11. — The stewards today issued the following ruling: "John A. Hikes, trainer, is hereby fined ?50 for not reporting at the paddock to Saddle Cockatoo for the third , race on Friday, June 10." POLO PARK, Winnipeg, Man., June 11. — The Polo Park stewards issued the following ruling under date of June 8: "For careless riding in the seventh race on Tuesday, June 7, 1955, rounding the first turn, Jockey Richard Griffiths who rode Our Pay is fined the sum of 0."
