LIL FORST followed in close pursuit of the early pacemaker, rallied from the outside when roused to wrest command in the early stretch and gradually drew out. PATCHEEN made the pace under good rating, saved ground, turned back CABLET when sharply roused on the final turn but could not withstand the belated challenge of the winner. FOLLY MILLS made up some ground while racing between horses in the late stages but could not seriously threaten the winner. MOFLAME found her best stride too late. CHERISHED raced wide in an even* effort. CABLET was used up in vying for the lead. Scratched— 50645 Jantember. 111; 50153 Cartowna, 111. Overweight— Cablet, 1 pouna.
