Second Straight Cancellation At Sportsmans Due to Rain SPORTSMANS PARK, Cicero, HI., June 11. — The Chicago Downs meeting at Sportsmans Park has its second straight rain-out Friday night. Officials ran off the programs on Monday and Tuesday despite adverse conditions, had a good night Wednesday when over 7,500 fans attended, but when the rains came again Thursday it was impossible to continue.
