MONMOUTH PARK AWARE — The longer stretch run at Monmouth Park will be a greater advantage to this performer than that at Garden State Park. He lacks early speed, but has been racing -well. APPEASE NOT — -Aging performer has been gradually* dropped in class and should soon find a field that he can beat. GAY MARVIN— Has been training steadily and well since his last good race at Garden State. Recently worked with Influence and went three furlongs in :34%, handily. PINOSTRES — Jockey William Hartack seems to have found the secret in getting the best .from this plater, and more victories can be anticipated. MOUNTAIN ASH — Has been breaking poorly and then making up an impressive amount of ground. Needs only to be more alert at the start. STEPPER UPPER— Fleet filly is coming along nicely in her training and she •should soon be ready. Had little chance in her last start at Garden State. MISS "BENZ — Approaching peak form, This filly has a touch of class and last worked three furlongs in a handy :35%. ROMAN MIRAGE— Been training smartly for His seasons debujfc,. One of his best t . v ■ ;v c „* if c-fi. i t- 0 .»»••£ r "-. ► moves was five furlongs in a iminute flat. BIT ODREAM— Has had just a little bad luck in his recent races. He is capable of better than they show, ISAJOY — May have been best in her last race with better luck. Eligible for non-winners of two.
