Partnership Owns Jabneh BELMONT PARK, Elmont, L. I., N. Y., June 11. — It was learned today that the Belmont Stakes candidate, Jabneh, was purchased from Laudy Lawrence by Mrs. Eugenia Bankhead and Mrs. Louisa Carpenter in partnership. The two ladies, who were at Belmont Park today to see their acquisition run, have eight horses in partnership at Delaware Park. Mrs. Carpenter, who makes her home in Wilmington, Del., is a niece of Walter S. Carpenter, Jr., chairman of the board of DuPont de Nemours, Inc., while Mrs. Bankhead, a sister of Tallulah, has a home at Rock Hill, Md. The stable, however, races in the name of Mrs. E. E. Bankhead. !
