Va., May 11. — Joe Zolkowskys Blue Regal, a four-year-old filly that had never started, was injured in a training accident here on Saturday and was destroyed by track vet W. E. Trussell. Blue Regal bolted into the fence while working around the turn, breaking a front leg and was humanely destroyed.
