Orrin Baker, ordered the pacer Scotchlite, owned by K. D. Owen of Houston, Tex., returned td the stable of trainer-driver Harry Fitzpatrick. The ruling stated that there were no irregularities in the races under question and no fines or suspensions issued by the judges. Scotchlite was second in two Maywood starts and, while racing at Santa Anita before coming here, he had two wins anri n tMrd in fnnr nut.ings.
