Commissioners Visit Waterford WATERFORD PARK, Chester, W. Va., May 11. — James G. McClure and William D. Poland, respectively chairman and secretary of the West Virginia Racing Commission, attended the racing program on Thursday and inspected the newly installed film patrol system in use here for the first time. Both commissioners were given a complete tour of the Waterford plant by eeneral manager Leeds K. Riely.
