Loyd Wright to Address N ASRC Convention on Opening Day LOS ANGELES, Calif., May 11.— Loyd Wright, chairman of the U. S. Commission on Government Security, will address the delegates to the National Association of State Racing Commissioners convention on Monday morning, June 10, when the four- day NASRC conclave opens at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif. A member of the law firm of Wright, Wright, Green and Wright in Los Angeles. Wright is a former chairman of the California Horse Racing Board and was president of the NASRC in 1947. The NASRC agenda for the first day of the convention also includes an address of welcome by chairman Dwight Murphy of the California Horse Racing Board, the response to welcome by Earl J. Moyer, past president of the NASRC and a member of the Nebraska State Racing Commission, and an address by president Emmet J. Kelley. After brief reports by the treasurer and secretary, the remainder of the days program will be allotted to an open forum, with talks by representatives of other U. S. turf organizations who will outline proposals and objectives to the commissioners. With the exception of a luncheon recess, the first days business agenda will run from 9:30 a.m. till 4:30 p.m. t i j £ j t ] .
