ONeil Visits at Cahokia CAHOKIA DOWNS, East St. Louis, 111., May 11. — Roscoe T. ONeil, the Miami, Fla., sportsman, saw his first night racing this week, coming here after witnessing the Kentucky Derby. ONeil, accompanied by Andy Gorbett, also of Miami, has 10 horses in training here which are under the direction of Eddie New.
