McDowell Narragansett Bound HAZEL PARK, Mich., Aug. 21. Trainer H. McDowell departed yesterday for Narragansett Park with H. A. Livingstones Two by Sea and Gold Weave. McDowell came to Hazel Park with six horses, but lost four via the claim box. McDowell will pick up four of his charges in New Jersey and send them to Narragansett for campaigning.
