Explains Turn-tos Absence . SARATOGA, Saratoga Springs, N. Y., Aug. 21. Capt. Harry F. Guggenheim Friday explained the absence of Cain Hoy Stables Turn-to from Saturdays Grand Union Hotel Stakes, saying: "He is going along exactly according to schedule, which called for a maiden race, a stake race, then the Hopeful. He cant run in the Futurity, you know." Turn-to had generally been expected to renew his rivalry with Llangollen Farms Porterhouse Saturday, having been awarded the Saratoga Special when that colt was disqualified after beating him a half length last Saturday. Trainer Charley Whitting-had said that he was in hopes of obtaining the services of Dave Gorman for Porterhouse, if James Cox Bradys Ar-tismo is scratched. Otherwise, the mount will go to Jimmy Nichols, who returned to the saddle today after an injury.
