Roger LeBlanc Resumes Riding ATLANTIC CITY, Mays Landing, N. J., Aug. 21. Apprentice Roger LeBlanc resumed riding Friday. He canceled his mounts Thursday as a result of a bruised head suffered in the starting gate of Wednesdays seventh race.
