Stewards1 Rulings WASHINGTON PARK, Homewood, 111.,-Aug. 21. Apprentice jockey Lewis Williams was suspended for10 racing days here today by the stewards for careless riding after the start of the fifth race of August 19. Jockey Williams suspension is effective from August 22 to September 2, inclusive. DADE PARK, Henderson, Ky., Aug. 21. The stewards issued the following ruling Friday: "Ownership of the four-year-old filly Bun Reward has been established to the satisfaction of the stewards. Bun Reward is now eligible to enter and start." FAIRMOTJNT PARK, Collinsville, HI., Aug. 21. The stewards here issued a ruling today assessing a fine of 5.00 against trainer Earl Burton "for appearing in the paddock in an unfit condition to saddle the horse Stoneys i Tiger for the first race, Thursday night, August 20, 1953." "EDMONTON, Alta., Aug. 21. The stewards issued the following ruling under date of August 17: "For crowdinng horses on the inside rounding the first turn of the second race this day, jockey Lyman Richards, who rode Whirlbrook is suspended for three racing days commencing Wednesday, August 19." HAMILTON, Ohio, Aug. 21. The stewards issued the following ruling at. Hamilton today: "Jockey B. Clark is suspended five days expiring August 27, 1953, for allowing his mount Bee Golly to drift out on stretch turn August 20, 1953."
