1 : Fowler Attends Races ROCKINGHAM PARK, Salem, N. H., Aug. 21. Bob Fowler, who ran second to Tom Longboat in the 1907 Boston Marathon, made one of his infrequent appearances at the track today. Fowler is now 71. He was in Brazil for 20 years with "the government, in charge of the athletic section of the Embassy.
