Saratoga Handicap on TV Racing from Saratoga again will be aired nationally this afternoon with the running of the 5,000 Saratoga Handicap. The race will be on television only, with the Columbia Broadcasting System turning its cameras on the track from 4 to 4:30 p, m. CDT. As usual, Bryan Field will give the running description and Sammy Renick will handle the color.
