Seek Members Suggestions For Selecting TCA Guest LEXINGTON, Ky., Aug. 21. Blanks ait being mailed to members of the Thoroughbred Club of America asking their assistance in "choosing the honor guest at the clubs annual testimonial dinner to be held at Lexington, Thursday, October 22. Each mqmber is being asked to submit the name of a person who has been outstanding in racing and breeding and give reason for the selection. The clubs board of directors will be guided by these suggestions in making the final selection. This is the first time that the entire Thoroughbred Club membership has been asked to participate in the designation of the hoored guest. Heretofore the choice has been made by the directors alone or by special committee. George Swinebroad is president of the club. The blanks are to be returned to Gus Owens, secretary.
