White Heads HBPA Division ROCKINGHAM PARK, Salem, N. H., Aug. 21. Max L. White was elected vice-president of the New England division of the Horsemens Benevolent and Protective Association in the annual election held Thursday. Committeemen, who are both owners and trainers, elected were Pat Fringe, A. Donofrio, Odie Clelland, R. -Robertson, Jr., J. Mede, W. D. Carroll and M. J. Bresna-han, Jr. Committeemen, who are owners and not trainers elected were O. L. Foster, M. W. Waldman and G. S. Colella.
