Johnson Resigns W. Va. Posts BALTIMORE, Md., Aug. 24. Greg Johnson, assistant racing secretary for 15 years at Charles Town, West Va., and who has held a similar post at Waterford Park, West Va., since the course opened-, resigned both positions today. Johnson will take a well earned rest following his official duties at Randall Park in Ohio.
