My Bid, Tattooed Lady Top Hamilton Feature Two Winners at Current Meet Face Six in Groye City Purse By R. E. HURLEY Staff Correspondent HAMILTON, Ohio, Aug. 24. A couple of fleet females head the eight horse field in the five furlong sprint that tops the Tuesday bill at this record-breaking meeting as M. E. Yeltons My Bid and F. Guciardos Tattooed Lady hook up in the Grove City Purse. These two femmes earned brackets here during the opening week of record-shattering attendance and play at Hamilton and have a capable field of opponents in Dr. Pentick, Beach Belle, Little Foxy, Driest, Zephyrette and Polly Pictor. My Bid is a speedy daughter of Phychic Bid Ninety Days that had a little trouble with the first run at Hamilton in her only start but recovered quickly to come on to a length and a half triumph at the same distance as the Grove City. She has always been one of the fastest horses in Ohio for a half mile and is ideally suited by the distance and should profit from the experience to keep her win skein intact. Tattooed Lady backed into her only triumph here, being moved up by the stewards after suffering interference from Bee Golly at the head of the stretch. Tattooed Lady was moving impressively, at the time and would have been the winner thus will be out to win one without any argument whatsoever. The four-year-old daughter of Cassis Ginokum has raced well at Randall and Waterford this season and is a -capable adversary to My Bid. Beach Belle had the speed to show in front of My Bid for a half mile of their recent meeting but had no chance once My Bid got accustomed to the turns. Once more Beach Belle may get command early and stick it out in spite of her previous setback. Dr. Pentick is another who is extremely dangerous. This veteran of half mile racing won five races this season before being laid low with an injury for two months. If he has recovered his top form, he will be extremely dangerous in the Grove City .
