Eight States Represented In Junior Baseball Meet ALTOONA, Pa., Aug. 24 UP. Twelve teams from eight states will compete here Wednesday through Saturday in the 10th annual National Amateur Baseball Federation Junior Tournament for youths under 18. The opening round will find Altoona facing Detroit, Philadelphia against Pitts-1 burgh, Dearborn, Mich., versus Louisville, Buffalo against Chicago, Youngstown, Ohio, taking on Springfield, Mass., and Indianapolis facing Dayton, Ohio.
