AAA Suspends Ruttman INDIANAPOLIS, Ind., Aug. 24 UP. The American Automobile Association has suspended Troy Ruttman, winner of the 1952 500-mile auto race here, for driving in a non-sahctibhed race. The contest board of the AAA, national governing body of auto" racing, said the Lynwood, Calif., speedster was suspended on charges he drove in an "outlaw" stock-car race July 11 at the Carrell, Calif., speedway.
