Ohio Notes RANDALL PARK, North Randall, Ohio, Aug. 24. Trainer Don Yates has shipped the veteran plater Gay Gallant to Atlantic City, where "Sarge" Swenke will condition him. Yates also .purchased , Cross Bones from Stanley Greene, Jr., at private terms. Trainer James Hechter will ship his horses to the farm on Tuesday to freshen up for the fall campaign at the Maryland tracks. Included in the shipment will be the good two-year-old Moon Dash, who belongs to Walter E. Crismer. Walter L. Huntley is shopping Gnu to this point, where he .will be conditioned by Don Yates. - Norman S. Scava announced that his good three-year-old Mr. Skip, winner of Saturdays Great Lakes Stakesis now being pointed for the Buckeye Handicap. Scava has made no definite plans about this Saturdays Randall Park Handicap as yet. S. I. Crew has purchased Extravaganza and Jack Tarr from Keene Gufnee. Both horses have been turned "over "to Walter K. Coleman. Eddie DeMayo, a former jockey, is galloping horses for "Irish" Jimmy Stewart here at Randall Park in the early morning hours. After his morning chores are over, DeMayo reports to a local dancing school, where he instructs in tap dancing. Windy, who leads in this years Cuyahoga series after two sensationaL victories, is remaining at Randall Park and will be pointed for next Saturdays fifth Cuyahoga Handicap. The gelding, who belongs to Herbert E. Simpson, has scored 48 points to lead Doug Davis, Jr.s Welcome Guest by three points. Bold King is third with 33 points. Trainer F. E; Fitzgerald announced that he has taken over two more horses to train. K. K. Knox Special Order has arrived here from the farm in Lexington, while Sam Silversteins Audrey S. was unloaded here this morning after making the trip in from Saratoga. Silverstein is from Cleveland.
