Start good from stall gate. Won driving; third the same. ARCTIC IKE, close up along the inside, rallied to engage for command inside the final sixteenth and gained a dead-heat with FIRST BAR. The latter assumed command at once, shook off .repeated challenges on the turn, came out slightly in the drive and just lasted. MR. BLUEBLOOD, in close quarters along the inside, rallied mildly in the late stages. MR. SKEETER, forwardly placed under steady urging, held on tenaciously. ADELANTADO broke slowly, was hustled to gain a forward position and lacked a late rally. BINKY B. had no mishap. ANNIES CHOICE weakened. FLOOR BOSS dropped back soon after the start, raced wide on the turns and was unable to make up appreciable ground in the drive. QUICK DEAL quit. THENDARA weakened. The others were outrun. GAME MISS broke alertly, was in hand down the backstretch, moved to engage for the lead on the final turn, responded to urging inside the final sixteenth and drew out. PLASTERED worked his way up on the outside to enter contention in the final furlong and closed with good energy. TIGER MATT assumed command soon after the start, dominated the pace until the final furlong and weakened. REIGHSIGN, close up along the inside, failed to respond when placed under stout urging. HAPPY TUNE, never far off the pace, lacked a rally. INTERMITTENT went evenly. POP-BOTTLE dropped back at the start and was unable to reach serious contention with a late rally. DRAW broke alertly, raced in close attendance of the pace for a half mile, assumed command when roused and prevailed under steady urging. TOAD RIVER came up on the outside entering the stretch, engaged the leader, but was not good enough. ALL MY HEART, slow to start, drove through along the inside in the stretch and finished stoutly. JOES MIL rallied after a quarter mile, moved close to the pace and lacked a late rally. ARMED BANDIT raced wide in the late stages. REAL CONQUEST showed good speed for a half mile and weakened. BOB STEWART weakened. FLASH RED showed nothing. MISTIC DASH fell back at the start and was never a serious factor. The others were outrun. BLUEONIA loomed dangerously while between horses at the furlong marker and then hung. MISS KIRK tired. MOON DASH was never a factor. MISS RUN MORE quit badly inside the furlong marker.
