Otto G. Elliott Reappointed Ohio Commission Member COLUMBUS, Ohio, June 29. Otto G. Elliott, Millersburg Republican, Wednesday began serving a new four-year term as a member of the State Racing Commission following his reappointment by Gov. Frank J. Lausche. Elliotts original term expired Tuesday, the day Lausche announced his reappointment. A harness racing enthusiast, Elliott will serve until June 28, 1959. The next meeting of the Commission is scheduled for the clubhouse of the River Downs track at Cincinnati July 8.
