The Thorobreds of Lexington Has Membership of 129 LEXINGTON, Ky., June 29. Miss Manila Lyman, secretary of The Thorobreds, a club composed of women connected with the horse racing industry, reports the group now boasts a membership of 129. The Thorobreds group was organized in 1952 and in its membership are women owners, secretaries at the various farms in the area and others with similar positions. Miss Rebecca Edwards is president of the organization and Miss Agatha Welsh, vice-president.
