Stewards Rulings SPORTSMANS PARK, Cicero, 111., May 8. — The stewards issued the following ruling: "Owner Dolores M. Kucik is sus--pended pending determination of the criminal charges filed against her husband, Martin R. Kucik, in the criminal courts of Cook County, Illinois." CHURCHILL DOWNS, Louisville, Ky„ May 8.— The stewards issued the following ruling today: "Jockey J. L. Rotz is suspended 5 days, May 11-May 15, inclusive, for careless riding in the first race May 7, 1959." SUFFOLK DOWNS, East Boston, Mass., May 8. — The stewards here today issued the following rulings: "A forfeiture of 0.00 has been placed against trainer Louis Testa for ordering jockey Vincent Spinale to lodge an unwarranted claim of foul following the running of the fourth race, May 6. "Exercise boy Ernest Louis Roach, TRPB No. 1032639, is suspended and his case is referred to the Massachusetts State Racing Commission with, the recommendation that his license be revoked. Roach was sentenced in the Chelsea District Court of Mass., April 27, 1959, to a 1txA year-term-suspended, in the House of Correction and placed on three years probation o.i criminal charges." ASCOT PARK, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, May 8.— The stewards issued the following rulings here today: "Jockey P. Sottile is fined 0.0* for a frivolous claim of foul in the first race on May 6, 1959." "Jockey M. Gordon is fined 0.00 for continually striking his mount Devils Brook across the head during the running of the second race on May 6, 1959." "Jockey J. Clemens is fined 0.00 for a frivojous claim of foul in the fifth race on May 6, 1959." OLD WOODBINE, Toronto, May 8.— The stewards issued the following rulings here today: "Apprentice jockey Charles Bradford is suspended ten 10 days May 11 to May 20, inclusive, for allowing his mount to come in and impede Capt. Dcnison in the stretch in the fifth race on Thursday, May 7, while astride Sun Ep. "Jockey Sam Coscntino is suspended ten 10 days May 11 to May 20, inclusive, for allowing his mount to come in and impede Jeds Folly at about the five-sixteenths pole in the second race on Thursday, May 7 while astride Wide Outlook."
