Fehler at Daughters Rites CAHOKIA DOWNS, East St. Louis, HI., May 8. — Bobby Fehler, a member of the calculating room here, returned from New Orleans after attending the funeral of his 13-year-old daughter, Cathy, who was stabbed to death by a 13-year-old youth in a woods outside a New Orleans parochial school. Another girl, the same age as the Fehler youngster, who was also butchered by the same youth, is reported on the danger list in a Crescent City hospital.
