BATALINI forced the pace while between horses to the last sixteenth, then weakened slightly, u REDBIRD WISH moved up on the inside going to the far turn and gave way in the last quarter. NOBLE SWYN f set the pace to the last furlong, then weakened under pressure. RESTFUL made up some ground in the last ~ quarter. AIR, ROMANCE, never far off the pace, finished strongly while saving ground. GOYALBA set the early pace, then gave way to the winner and heldon with good courage to the last furlong before weakening. BIG WINNER took command on the backstretch while saving ground, drew out entering the final furlong but was forced to a drive to hold PRESENTED. The latter, far back in the early stages, closed a wide gap in the last quarter and was gaining on the winner at the finish. SOME FRONT lacked early speed and made up a lot of ground in the final quarter while on the inside. SOLAR CLIPPER had the lead rounding the clubhouse turn and gave way in the last quarter.
