Stewards Rulings FORT MIAMI, Maunee, Ohio, May G. — The stewards here today issued the following ruling: "For entering the horse Benwood Flyer in the second race on Monday, May 4, 1953, before consummation of -ownership was recorded with the racing secretary, trainer W. Taylor is fined the sum of 5.00. "The winners . end of the purse 25.00 on the horse Benwood Flyer winner of the second race on May 4, 1953, shall be paid to owner It. F. Flowers." PIMLICO, Baltimore, Md„ May 6.— The Fimlico stewards today announced that jockey Art Monteiro had been suspended 10 days for failing to keep his mount Buck n Gee straight during the stretch run of yesterdays sixth race. Euck n Gee, who finished second, was disqualified and placed fourth. Monteiros suspension started today, May 6. and runs through Saturday, May 16.
