Clark Horse Agency Buys Roseland Farm No. 1 LEXINGTON, Ky., May 6.— Grant A. Dorlands Roseland Farm No. 1 was sold at public auction to the John H. Clark Agency, presumably acting for- an unnamed pur- j chaser. The tract on the Russell Cave Pike consisted of 47.2 acres and included a nine-room frame house, a 12-stall horse barn and a large tobacco barn. The high bid was 3,500, which averaged ,345 per acre. The underbidder at 3,000 was John • Knight. Dorland will continue to operate his Roseland Farm No. 2 on the Harpennis Pike, where he is building a new home. George Swineboard was auctioneer.
